The Level 1 - Condition survey is the entry-level survey and focuses purely on the property's condition. Each section of there port follows a clear 'traffic light' ratings of the condition of different parts of the building, services, and garage, showing problems that require varying degrees of attention summary of the risks to the building's condition. It also comments on various other matters, including guarantees, planning and building control issues which will help assist your legal advisers.
An RICS Condition Report is straight forward and does not include a valuation. If you wish to have a valuation added to this report, we are able to provide this as a separate extra service.
