Any firm operating as a Building Surveying practice must by law belong to a Redress schemes and offer Consumers the opportunity to raise complaints and seek redress should members fall short of their obligations. As an RICS member firm, SJM Surveyors offer a Complaints Handling Procedure under the auspices of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
We do however request that should you have any concerns regarding any aspect of the service which you have received from SJM Surveyors your first port of call should always be to contact the relevant office manager to discuss the matter and hopefully reach a satisfactory conclusion.
